We have about 37 apartments. All the apartments are furnished, and all including. The furniture you get are
- Major appliances: fridge, stove and micro oven
- one single size bed
- one desk
- two chairs
- one book shelf.
All these furniture and appliances are in clean and good shape. The utilities including in the rent are electricity, heating, hot water, and internet.
All apartment are renovated with hardwood floor all around, granite counter top and new appliances, balcony in the front or back.
Each apartment has a living or sleeping area about 17×9 feet, a kitchen about 12×9 feet, and a bathroom about 6×6 feet. The total is about 420 ft2. The layouts of these apartments are almost the same.
We have 24 hour video surveillance in the public area and intercom system to keep the building safe. The laundry room in the basement.
